By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and quality

• Ball Clay, Multani Mitti, Silica Sand, Bentonite and Gypsum are naturally mined minerals, so values can vary slightly between pits and batches.
• We grade material and control moisture carefully. Even so, we advise buyers to test a sample against their own parameters before placing a bulk order.
• Values shown on our website are typical ranges. The batch lab report sent with each shipment is the reference for that shipment.

2. Orders and minimum quantity

• We mainly supply industrial buyers in bulk (B2B). Bulk orders usually start at 20–40 tonnes, or as agreed between us.
• All orders depend on stock available and conditions at the mines.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices in our quotations can change with market conditions, pithead rates and shipping costs. A quotation is valid for the period written on it.
• Payment terms and any advance are set in each contract and invoice.
• All invoices carry GST as applicable.

4. Shipping and delivery

• We make every effort to ship on time, with the e-Rawanna, GST invoice, e-way bill and weighbridge slip for each shipment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road blockages, government restrictions or other events outside our control.

5. Limit of liability

Our responsibility is limited to supplying the correct mineral to the agreed specification and handing it over for shipment. The buyer is responsible for how the mineral is used in their own production process.

6. Jurisdiction

Any business dispute or legal matter will be subject only to the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan.
